Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top IT talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a smooth placement process. Key tasks include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers. The recruiter will also maintain relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring effective communication throughout the hiring process.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and candidates simultaneously
• Experience in the IT staffing industry is a plus
