Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Sales Associate (Bench Sales) located in Ahmedabad. The US Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients, identifying business opportunities, and promoting our staffing services. Daily tasks include prospecting, cold calling, conducting client meetings, and managing client relationships. The role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with recruiters, and ensuring successful placement of candidates.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills: Proven experience in sales, particularly in staffing services, and ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of US Citizens, GC, H1B, EAD, OPT, CPT visas.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong skills in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Communication and Negotiation skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the staffing industry and different sectors such as Healthcare, IT, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, and Legal.
  • Team Coordination Skills: Ability to collaborate with recruiters and other team members to ensure successful placements.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in bench sales within the staffing industry is a plus.
