Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the full life-cycle of recruitment, including sales recruitment, hiring, and account management. The role involves engaging with clients and candidates, understanding staffing needs, and providing exceptional recruitment solutions. Daily tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, managing client accounts, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

• Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with the staffing industry, particularly in various specialized sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
