Market and submit consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, H4, GC, USC) to open requirements daily. Manage applications and submissions with accuracy on a daily and weekly basis. Schedule interviews and follow up for timely updates. Ensure clear communication and candidate satisfaction throughout the cycle. Maintain and update reports/tracking sheets (Excel/Word) for consultants and submissions. Leverage multiple job portals, databases, and networking channels to maximize visibility. Achieve submission/placement targets while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. 🧿 Required Qualifications 1+ years of proven experience in U.S. Bench Sales Recruitment (mandatory). Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal. Strong knowledge of U.S. visa types and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099). Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and major job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
