Role Description

As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying qualified candidates to maintaining relationships with clients and vendors. You will play a key role in driving sales recruitment initiatives and ensuring smooth execution of hiring processes to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of sales recruitment and full life-cycle recruiting
• Experience in hiring, account management, or client coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad during USA shift hours
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, databases, and CRM systems
• Prior experience in the IT staffing or technology domain is a plus
