Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Marketer, located in Indore. The Bench Sales Marketer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bench sales process, identifying, evaluating, and engaging with potential clients to market bench consultants. Day-to-day tasks include developing relationships with IT recruiters, initiating sales strategies, negotiating and finalizing contracts, and ensuring placements of bench consultants. The role also involves coordinating with consultants, understanding their skills and project needs, and maintaining an updated inventory of available consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bench Sales, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
• Proven ability to identify and engage with potential clients in the IT sector
• Strong communication, negotiation, and contract finalization skills
• Proficiency in managing the end-to-end sales process and ensuring successful placements
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to maintain an updated inventory of consultants
• Familiarity with IT recruiting and staffing processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
