Primary Duties: Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for the US market, from sourcing to closing candidates. Source, identify, and engage qualified IT professionals through job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed. Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit according to client requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and feedback. Negotiate salary/rates and finalize employment terms (W2, 1099, C2C) with candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and vendors. Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs. Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client records in the ATS. Requirements: 2–8 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment (end-to-end process). Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) with a professional and persuasive phone presence. Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and market trends. Familiarity with various US visa classifications (US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B, TN) and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C). Hands-on experience using US job boards and ATS systems. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Primary Duties: Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and closing IT Jobs through different Job portal. Navigate and work with job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder and Indeed. Work with U.S.-based staffing firms, being a bridge between the client and resources. Source and interact with U.S. IT Staffing professionals (Clients/Vendors) for potential business leads. Research and implement new ideas for active and passive job searches. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the USA to introduce and promote our IT services. Provide excellent customer service/ client relations skills with a proven track record of client retention. Maintain clear and organized work reports and other organizational documentation. Work in a team environment to achieve personal and team sales goals. Requirements: Prior experience in Telemarketing or Sales Executive in the IT services industry is a plus. Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone presence. A self-motivated and result-oriented individual who meets deadlines and sales quotas (Monthly/Quarterly). Knowledge of various US Visa and Tax forms such as US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa holders on all the tax terms (W2, 1099 & amp; C2C). Ability to think freely and manage rate negotiations with clients/vendors. Ability to work in a team environment to achieve goals. Prior telemarketing experience supporting the U.S. IT staffing industry. Basic knowledge of IT services and technologies is a plus. Fluent English language skills. Proven proficiency in using MS Office Suite products such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
