Job Description: Marketing Executive - BTL Location: Bengaluru (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 1 - 2yrs ________________________________________________________________ KRA (Key Responsibility Areas) Planning and Execution: Plan and organize BTL activities, including visiting apartments, tuition centers, and other local community hubs. Identify potential locations with high footfall and relevance to the target audience. Lead Generation: Collect data and generate quality leads from the visits. Maintain a database of prospective students and parents along with their contact details. Relationship Building: Establish relationships with apartment committees, tuition center managers, and local influencers. Ensure ongoing communication and follow-ups with leads generated from the visits. Brand Representation: Represent the brand professionally, explaining IESOnline’s services, courses, and benefits. Distribute marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and banners. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from potential customers about their needs and preferences. Report insights and suggestions to the marketing team for strategy optimization. Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall campaign objectives. Provide timely updates and reports about activities, leads, and outcomes. Compliance and Reporting: Adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines during visits. Submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports. KPA (Key Performance Areas) Number of Visits: Target number of apartments and tuition centers visited daily/weekly. Ensure coverage of all assigned areas within the timeline. Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads generated converted into inquiries or admissions. Quality of leads generated (e.g., verified and interested). Database Growth: Number of new contacts/leads added to the database during the activity. Engagement Metrics: Positive engagement with apartment committees and tuition centers. Feedback from the visited locations about the executive’s approach and presentation. Marketing Material Distribution: Ensure sufficient and accurate distribution of marketing materials during visits. Feedback Reporting: Timely submission of feedback and actionable insights to the marketing team. Revenue Impact: Contribution to the increase in inquiries and admissions resulting from the BTL activity. Cost Efficiency: Conducting activities within the allocated budget and resources. KPIs (Specific Metrics for Measurement): Daily Visits: Minimum of 5 apartments and 3 tuition centers per day. Leads Generated: At least 50 new leads per week. Conversion Rate: Achieve a minimum 20% conversion from leads to inquiries.
