Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Operations, maintain and update the Spa Procedure Manual; ensure compliance at all times. Train staff on spa literature, documentation, and process requirements. Conduct regular staff meetings to align the team on operations and service standards. Ensure spa equipment, furniture, and fixtures are well-maintained. Build and sustain professional relationships with suppliers and partners. Ensure safe handling of stock and cash items. Minimize losses through monitoring and preventive programs. Oversee daily opening and closing procedures. Manage inventory effectively and maintain purchasing standards. Financial plan, project, and meet business and revenue targets. Monitor productivity, identify trends, and track progress through financial reports. Conduct margin analysis on services and products to ensure profitability. Implement cost-control measures and operational efficiency strategies. Oversee inventory control and ensure compliance with purchasing standards. Manage staff and client scheduling to maximize revenue generation. Marketing: Implement and uphold the Spa’s marketing strategy and brand image. Proactively develop publicity opportunities and guest engagement activities. Maintain efficient front desk procedures. Update internal and external signage as needed. Plan and execute in-house promotions to boost sales and customer engagement. Stay updated on spa industry trends and recommend business strategies. Maintain an innovative and appealing spa menu with high aesthetic value. Consistently drive retail sales through training and monitoring. Ensure spa ambience is always presented for maximum guest impact. Customer Service: Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with the highest service standards. Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and comment cards. Deliver value-driven, credible, and competitive services. Guide staff to handle customers with care, ethics, and professionalism. Maintain high-quality front desk booking and guest-handling procedures. Develop effective customer retention and loyalty programs. Establish fair and consistent complaint-handling guidelines. Staffing & Human Resources: Develop and implement staff retention and engagement programs. Conduct ongoing training to uphold service standards. Monitor job descriptions, KPIs, and staff performance goals. Prepare and maintain staff contracts in compliance with government regulations. Manage staff scheduling efficiently. Create a motivating, warm, and professional work environment for staff and guests. Salary & BenefitsSpa Manager: ₹25,000 per month Assistant Spa Manager: ₹20,000 per month Salary for experienced candidates will be commensurate with expertise.
