Brand & Social Media Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized Brand & Social Media Executive to join our dynamic group of companies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping brand presence, growing digital engagement, and executing campaigns across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Assist in building and managing the identity of multiple brands under the group Plan and manage daily content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Conceptualise, curate, and post engaging content (text, images, videos) Track analytics and generate performance reports (reach, engagement, conversions) Respond to DMs, comments, and customer queries promptly Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors to maintain brand alignment Assist in event planning, influencer collaborations, and campaigns Ensure consistency in branding across all physical and digital touchpoints Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in social media or brand building Strong communication skills in English and Hindi or Marathi Hands-on knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Instagram Reels, Performance Marketing, Various AI tools, Google Analytics, etc. Basic understanding of branding, audience behaviour, and content trends Eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to work under deadlines Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, or related field (preferred) What You’ll Gain: Hands-on experience with multiple lifestyle and wellness brands Exposure to full brand-building cycles, from concept to execution Career advancement opportunities within the group A creative, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial work environment
