Job Title: Female Beauty Spa Manager Location: Mumbai Industry: Beauty & Wellness / Spa Services Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Female Spa Manager to oversee daily spa operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in spa or salon management, with strong communication skills and good command of English. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily spa operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and client service. Ensure a high standard of hygiene, ambiance, and customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and feedback professionally. Promote spa services, packages, and memberships to increase sales. Maintain inventory, product stock, and supplier coordination. Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent service standards. Prepare daily reports on sales, performance, and operations. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa or Salon Manager. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of English (spoken and written). Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented. Strong leadership and team management skills.
