Job Description

Security will be responsible to achieve his/her annual quotaof Revenue for the Region that theyre responsible for. Must have strongknowledge of IT Security. This role is highly customer focused, challenging,and result-oriented, which requires the ability and willingness to travel andto be able to work in a growing organization

Qualifications and Experience Required

A minimum of 6 - 10 years of experience in selling ITSecurity Products, Solutions & Services.

Strong background in working with Security OEMs.

Strong understanding of Security Products & Solutions.

Effective & Good presentation skills.

Experience in working with Large Teams and has to be aGood Team player.

Knowledge of the information security market, key players,and market trends.

The role, responsibilities, and geographical focus willchange and develop over time along with the companys rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

To achieve his/her annual quota of Revenue & GP forthe Region that theyre responsible.

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gainand customer satisfaction.

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

Work with Account Management Team to build the business intheir set of Accounts.

Work with OEMs & distributors to do the dealregistration and get Preferential pricing.

Responsible to create RFPs with the customer and sell ourproducts, solutions & Services.

Have monthly Reviews with focused OEMs on BusinessDevelopment & New initiatives.

Promote the Focused OEM products & Solutions toachieve the set revenue targets.

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices & GrossProfits.

Get involved in customer POCs and make sure we meet thesuccess criteria.

Planning and executing new marketing initiatives to buildthe Business.

Upsell & Cross-sell in our existing Accounts.

Identify new accounts to promote the focused OEM products& Solutions.

Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Training personnel and helping team members develop theirskills
