📌 Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage

    end-to-end sales cycle

    : lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Lead and manage a team

    of business development executives to ensure performance and target achievement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to deliver client requirements effectively.
  • Develop and execute

    strategic plans

    for market expansion and business growth.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to track competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and progress reports for management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, startup fairs, and client networking forums.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience

    in

    business development/sales/client management

    with

    team handling exposure.

  • Prior exposure to

    consulting/startup ecosystem/technology solutions

    will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
