Job Brief


To lead and drive business expansion in the India by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and promoting the company’s solutions selling and frozen seafood portfolio across HORECA, retail, and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will bring deep market insight, strong leadership qualities, and a proven sales record in the frozen seafood or food service sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve long-term growth targets.
  • Identify and secure new business across the HORECA, retail, catering, Food Service Companies and distribution segments.
  • Build, lead, and manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive market penetration by introducing innovative solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, presentation, negotiation, closing, and post-sales support.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to shape sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, operations, logistics, Pre sales) to ensure seamless delivery and service.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.
  • Participate in food expos, seafood industry events, and client engagement programs to enhance brand presence.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
  • 9–10 years of experience in sales/business development within the frozen seafood or food distribution industry, in the India Geography.
  • Strong knowledge of seafood products (frozen, fresh, value-added) and supply chain operations.
  • Proven success in managing high-value accounts and negotiating large contracts.
  • Established network in the India food service and hospitality sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic sales planning skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify market gaps and growth opportunities.
