Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new corporate and inbound travel opportunities.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and partners.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Define and execute effective business growth strategies.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Prepare and finalize contracts with clients and vendors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term profitable client relationships.
  • Sales & Proposals: Prepare proposals, manage sales pipelines, and close deals.
  • Financial Planning: Drive profitability through effective revenue management.
  • Market Monitoring: Conduct research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Travel Agency/Travel & Tourism industry.
  • Strong background in Business Development, Sales, and Operations.
  • Proven expertise in MICE and Corporate empanelment.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to design and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO/Director.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
