Position: BDE / Manager / Head – Business Development (E-Waste Management)

Role Description:

We are seeking passionate and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Business Development Executives, Managers, and Heads in the E-Waste Management domain.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our business footprint and promoting awareness around responsible E-Waste recycling and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Inform, Educate, and Communicate about E-Waste management and promote awareness initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and growth strategies in the recycled E-Waste sector.
  • Analyze market trends, identify potential customers, and explore new business opportunities.
  • Lead business expansion initiatives through client acquisition, partnerships, and project development.
  • Collaborate with the commercial and operations teams to determine competitive pricing and close deals.
  • Drive and deliver agreed sales targets (qualitative & quantitative).
  • Handle EPR compliance discussions and client coordination for E-Waste management solutions.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, references, and networking within the E-Waste ecosystem.
  • Conduct client meetings (both in-person and virtual) to present solutions and close opportunities.
  • For Manager/Head roles – lead and mentor a team of BDEs to achieve regional or national sales targets.

  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • 2–3 years (for BDE/Manager) and 5+ years (for Head) of relevant experience in Business Development or E-Waste domain.
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
    • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about sustainability and recycling.
    • Prior experience in E-Waste management or environmental services will be an added advantage.
