A fast-growing player in the Technology Services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector focused on delivering customer acquisition, sales enablement, and digital engagement solutions to enterprise and SMB clients across India.We are hiring entry-level sales talent to join a high-energy, target-driven commercial team that converts leads into revenue through proactive outreach and disciplined CRM processes.Primary Title: Business Development Executive (Fresher)

About The Opportunity

This on-site role in India is ideal for ambitious freshers who want a fast-track sales career. You will receive hands-on training in modern sales workflows, work with marketing-qualified leads, and get direct exposure to client-facing conversations that build core selling skills.Role & Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined BANT/qualification criteria and schedule demos/meetings for senior sales colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the CRM; update lead status, notes, and next steps daily.
  • Hit weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets while continuously optimizing messaging and cadence.
  • Collaborate with marketing on follow-up actions for campaigns and nurture sequences to convert MQLs to SQLs.
  • Participate in regular product and sales training, share market feedback, and contribute to process improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers welcome).
  • Strong spoken and written English with confidence handling outbound calls.
  • Comfortable working on-site in India and meeting defined sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of sales cycle, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
  • Willingness to learn CRM best practices and follow structured outreach cadences.
  • High motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred

  • Internship or short-term experience in sales, telecalling, or customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or technology sales concepts.
  • Multilingual abilities (Hindi or regional languages) to support diverse client outreach.
