Job Description

Business Development Executive (BDE) / Senior BDE

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    B2B and B2C domestic sales

    with a strategic approach toward targeted accounts.
  • Achieve

    quarterly and annual sales targets

    through effective planning and execution.
  • Lead overall

    lead generation, sales planning, strategy development, and end-to-end sales

    activities for the domestic market.
  • Build and manage a strong

    sales pipeline

    using

    MS Dynamics 365

    , including timely submission of sales forecasts.
  • Take complete ownership of assigned accounts; manage customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team for updates on opportunity stages within the sales cycle.
  • Ensure that all contractual agreements with clients are fulfilled as per expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and solution teams to understand client requirements and move opportunities forward.
  • Build and maintain professional networks with key

    B2B/B2C decision-makers

    to generate business.
  • Focus on

    revenue generation

    and ensure achievement of overall business targets.
  • Source new business opportunities using

    LinkedIn, digital platforms, and relevant databases

    .

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum

    3+ years of experience

    in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in

    ERP, CRM, BI, or IT solutions

    .
  • Ability to work in domestic time zones as per business requirements.
  • B.Tech + MBA (Marketing)

    preferred.
  • Strong energy, drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to expand knowledge of

    MS Dynamics products

    .
  • Excellent

    English communication skills

    (verbal & written) with the ability to conduct client presentations.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and work with cross-functional departments.
  • Confident, optimistic, and resilient in achieving business goals.
  • Social media marketing skills

    are an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office

    and digital sales tools.
