We are looking for skilled and accountable Operators/Technicians to support the efficient operation and maintenance of our Chiller, ATCS, and CPMS systems at our Sri City facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plant operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Operation & Monitoring Operate and monitor Chillers and related equipment to ensure smooth functionality. Monitor gauges, meters, and control panels to identify irregularities or prevent malfunctions. Maintain accurate data logs of equipment performance, water levels, temperatures, pressures, consumables, and oil usage. Maintenance Activities Assist with the operation and maintenance of Chiller, ATCS, and CPMS systems. Perform preventive maintenance , including: Cleaning condenser tubes ATCS ball replacement Servicing ATCS motors Changing oil, VFD, filters, etc. Conduct regular inspections to detect and resolve potential issues early. Coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs or system upgrades. Troubleshooting & Emergency Handling Respond promptly to alarms and support diagnosis of operational issues. Ensure all safety devices (alarms, shut-off systems) are functional. Follow established safety protocols during start-up, operation, and shutdown. Take appropriate action during emergency situations such as equipment malfunctions, leaks, or other hazards. Safely shut down and isolate the chiller as required. Safety & Compliance Conduct routine safety checks including testing safety valves, water levels, and fuel supply lines. Adhere to all organizational and statutory safety guidelines. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in plant operation or maintenance (preferably Chillers, HVAC, or utility systems). Ability to read gauges/meters and understand mechanical/electrical parameters. Telugu speaking is mandatory for effective communication on-site. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and troubleshooting techniques. Flexibility to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.

B.Tech + MBA (Marketing) preferred. Strong energy, drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Self-motivated with a strong desire to expand knowledge of MS Dynamics products . Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to conduct client presentations.
