Weâre looking for a full-time Business Development Executive to help us grow strategicallyâby identifying the right opportunities, building lasting relationships, and bringing in work that aligns with our creative strengths. In this role, youâll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Youâll help articulate our value, qualify leads, and support our leadership team in shaping proposals and closing new business. From brand identity to digital and campaigns, youâll represent our capabilities with clarity and conviction. What Youâll Do Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients and partners Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads Reach out through email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations Research industries, companies, and decision-makers to frame tailored outreach Collaborate with the leadership and creative teams to build proposals and pitch decks Help position the studioâs capabilities in a way that resonates with each clientâs needs Track outreach, follow-ups, and deal progress What You Bring 2â4 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in creative, design, or marketing industries Excellent English language and communication skillsâwritten, verbal, and interpersonal Empathy, active listening, and the ability to understand client motivations A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong organizational skills Ability to understand and explain creative services like branding, design, and digital Comfort working with both structured processes and evolving priorities Passion for design and branding is a must â training will be provided in Brunchâs unique approach to services and product â if they demonstrate passion and willingness to learn Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
