BDE (Business Development Executive)

As a Business Development Executive at BK Financial Services in Nashik, you will be a crucial member of the Sales & Marketing Department focusing on loans. We are seeking an ambitious individual with an MBA in Marketing and 1 to 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Your primary role will involve driving loan sales, exploring new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering customized financial solutions to meet client requirements. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential customers for various retail loan products such as personal loans, business loans, LAP, and home loans. You will be expected to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals while understanding the financial needs of customers to provide suitable loan products. Managing the entire sales process from lead conversion to documentation and collaboration with credit and operations teams will be part of your daily tasks. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals is essential. Market analysis to assess competitors and recognize business trends will be necessary for strategic decision-making. Additionally, your participation in marketing initiatives like roadshows, loan camps, and partner events will contribute to the company's growth. Your proficiency in business development, client acquisition, communication, and negotiation skills will be valuable assets in this role. A good grasp of financial documents such as balance sheets, ITR, and cash flows is also required.
