Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow with us. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and a talent for identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through online research, networking, and outbound campaigns.
• Approach potential clients via cold calling, emails, or social media to pitch services.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Set up meetings, give presentations, and follow up to close deals.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams for campaign planning.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of services like SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, and Branding.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Good to Have:

• Experience with CRM tools or sales automation platforms.
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends.
• Strong LinkedIn networking skills.
