SBA 12+ Senior Business Analyst over 12 years of payments domain knowledge EU and UK region Lead comprehensive assessments of clients' payment processes and workflows from a business standpoint for efficiency, automation and regulatory compliance. Work closely with clients to understand their fundamental business challenges in payments, providing insight into the opportunities and challenges facing CIOs and CTOs, focusing on emerging or disruptive trends that have the potential to transform Provide support for bids, proposals, and client business development workshops Lead the creation and delivery of presentations to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams Guide / lead a business analyst team for functional aspects of payments assessments for regulations/compliance, architecture phase in transformations or implementation phase of an engagement working with respective stakeholders on program management, architecture and engineering Translate business objectives into functional specifications, document business requirements, focusing on payment schemes such as BACS, CHAPS, FPS, et al in the UK, and SEPA, Target2, TIPS et al in Europe. Help architecture team document non functional requirements Develop project documentation, including business case, business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, etc. 12+ years of working knowlege in payments domain Worked on payment hub technologies like Volante, Fiserv, FIS OPF, Temenos et al. Experience with UK and European payment schemes (BACS, CHAPS, FPS, SEPA, NPA). Experience on various Integration formats like ISO 20022, 8583, Swift, FIX Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of regulations related to payments like as FiDA, DORA, PSD2, GDPR Worked on large payment transformation, integration and implementation programs Knowledge of Card Payments (issuance, acquiring, auth, clearing),payment players (orchestrators, PSPs, Issuers, acquirers, network), Payment processing Infra (POS, Gateways, Backend processing systems) Cross border payments experience (Foreign Exchange, SWIFT, Correspondent Banking) Knowledge of key payment trends (e.g. AI) and regulatory impacts on processes / design Knowledge of SDLC, Agile Processes, Story-writing, Estimations Experience, Awareness on AML, Fin Crime EY | Building a better working world EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people and society and build trust in the capital markets.
