Job Description – Internship/Apprenticeship for BBA & MBA Students Company: Loyal Wingman Technologies Pvt Ltd Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu. As we continue to expand, we are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic BBA and MBA students to join us for an internship/apprenticeship program that offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Who Should Apply? Students pursuing BBA or MBA with an interest in business operations, management, marketing, finance, or human resources are eager to gain real-world industry exposure and contribute to impactful projects. Roles & Responsibilities: For BBA Interns:  Assist in business operations such as procurement, vendor management, and process improvement.  Support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.  Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development.  Assist in customer relationship management and documentation.  Help in financial record-keeping, invoicing, and expense management.  Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. For MBA Interns:  Work on strategic business planning and assist in execution.  Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and expansion strategies.  Support the sales and marketing team in developing campaigns, lead generation, and branding.  Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost optimization strategies.  Work on supply chain management and procurement strategies.  Contribute to the development of company policies, process automation, and operational efficiency. Key Skills Required:  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).  Basic understanding of business operations, finance, and marketing.
