Responsible for creating accurate Purchase Orders for all textile-related raw materials, consumables, job-work, and finished product requirements based on predefined rate sheets, contracts, and approved standards. Validate rate calculations, UOM, HSN codes, delivery schedules, quantity, taxes, and commercial terms before PO creation in SAP/ERP. Coordinate with planning, production, and finance to ensure alignment and error-free procurement processing. Maintain documentation, audit compliance, and support internal stakeholders on PO-related queries.
