Bar Manager

We are Seeking an Experienced and Skilled Bar Manager to lead Our Bar Team in Providing Exceptional Customer Service, Managing Bar Operations and Driving Sales Growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage bar operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.

2. Develop and implement bar menus, promotions, and events to drive sales and revenue.

3. Train and supervise bar staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.

4. Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and expenses.

5. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality.

6. Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

7. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize bar performance.

8. Ensure compliance with liquor laws, regulations, and hotel policies.
