Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Bank Relationship Manager to manage and maintain relationships with banking partners, oversee financial operations, and ensure smooth coordination between the company and banks. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of corporate banking, financial products, and transaction management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple banks and financial institutions.
• Handle day-to-day banking operations, including fund transfers, payments, and reconciliations.
• Negotiate and manage banking facilities such as overdrafts, loans, and credit lines.
• Monitor cash flow, ensure liquidity, and optimize fund utilization.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, compliance, and transaction updates.
• Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Track and analyze bank charges, interest rates, and service performance.
• Prepare regular financial and banking reports for management review.
• Ensure adherence to all banking policies, audit requirements, and regulatory norms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in banking operations or relationship management.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, financial documentation, and fund management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, online banking portals, and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary:

As per industry standards and candidate’s experience.
