Bank Relationship Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for Bank Onboarding & Relationship Management on the 360tf platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Onboarding banks and financial institutions from various geographies onto the 360tf platform. - Building and strengthening senior-level relationships with key stakeholders in FI, Trade Finance & Product divisions. - Engaging with underwriting banks regularly to promote LC confirmation/discounting opportunities. - Maintaining regular communication and updates with bank partners. You will also be accountable for Revenue & P&L Ownership by: - Supporting the leadership team in driving revenue growth through strategic bank partnerships. - Taking ownership of the P&L for assigned banks, identifying revenue growth opportunities and cost efficiencies. Additionally, you will provide Debt Syndication Support by: - Identifying and pitching underwriting banks interested in LC confirmation/discounting. - Assisting in structuring transactions and engaging underwriting banks for deal execution. - Contributing to the development of a Bank Ledger with insights and engagement strategies for potential partners. Furthermore, your role will involve Networking, Lobbying & Industry Presence activities such as: - Representing 360tf at industry events to establish senior-level banking relationships. - Leveraging relationships with Banking Associations, advisory boards, statutory auditors, and ministries to influence and accelerate bank onboarding. - Initiating dialogues with CTOs, CROs, Heads of Wholesale Banking, and Trade Operations to enhance FI engagement.,
