Back Office Sales Executive

As a Back Office Sales Executive, you will be responsible for various key areas to support the sales department and ensure a seamless sales process. Your primary responsibilities will include interacting with customers, managing data, providing sales support, processing orders, performing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal and external teams, and resolving problems effectively. In terms of customer interaction, you will need to respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels, provide product information, pricing details, and support in a courteous manner. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining and updating customer databases with accurate information, organizing sales-related data, and collaborating with the sales team to create quotes, proposals, and other sales documentation. Order processing is a crucial aspect of this role, where you will be responsible for accurately processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery to achieve customer satisfaction. Your administrative duties will include general tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and document management to enhance overall efficiency. Effective communication and coordination skills are essential in this position as you will need to liaise with internal teams like sales, engineering, and customer support, as well as external partners and vendors when necessary. Problem resolution is another key area where you will address customer concerns in a timely manner and collaborate with the sales team to find solutions that ensure customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in a similar back office or administrative role, preferably in a sales environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment are also essential qualifications. Knowledge of the Chemical, Ceramic, Pharma, WTP, STP, Edible Oil Industry would be considered a plus.,
