The role involves managing incoming leads, coordinating with customers, preparing sales documents, tracking orders, and ensuring smooth communication between sales and dispatch teams. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management Handle incoming inquiries from online or offline. Call and follow up with customers to understand their requirements. Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders. Sales Coordination Prepare quotes, order sheets, and required documentation. Update order details in CRM/Excel/ERP. Share product details, pricing, and stock updates with customers. Operations & Dispatch Coordination Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for order processing. Track shipment status and update customers proactively. Handle return, replacement, and service-related follow-ups. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers. Ensure timely follow-ups to encourage recurring sales. Address customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or portal. Reporting Prepare daily/weekly sales reports. Update management on lead conversion, pending orders, and customer issues. Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in sales/back-office operations Good communication skills. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and marketplace portals. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines. Attention to detail and customer-friendly approach.
