Job Description

Backend Executive Profile A highly organized and detail-oriented Backend Executive with expertise in managing administrative, operational, and support functions to ensure smooth business processes. Skilled in handling data management, documentation, coordination, and backend operations to support sales, finance, and management teams. Adept at multitasking, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring timely completion of organizational tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage backend operations including data entry, processing, and record-keeping. Support sales and marketing teams with backend coordination, documentation, and reporting. Maintain customer records, databases, and MIS reports. Handle email correspondence, client follow-ups, and internal communication. Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution of tasks. Prepare invoices, quotations, agreements, and other official documents. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of data. Provide administrative support to senior management as required. Key Skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems (preferred).
