Job Description

Backend-Focused Full-Stack Developer

Role Overview:

You will lead backend API development and system architecture while supporting frontend development as needed.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain REST APIs using Node.js + TypeScript
Work with PostgreSQL + Prisma ORM
Implement authentication, subscriptions, and payment flows
Manage caching (Redis, in-memory caching)
Handle backend security, validation, and optimizations
Support frontend team by writing clear, scalable API contracts
Review tasks for interns and junior developers

Required Skills:

Node.js + TypeScript
Express.js or NestJS
PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM
Redis (caching strategies)
Basic React or Next.js understanding for integration
API debugging + performance optimization
Experience with payment integration (Razorpay/Stripe is a plus)

Experience Required (1 - 3 Years):

We are looking for candidates with 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development

You should be comfortable taking ownership of specific modules, integrating APIs, working with databases, and building clean, scalable UI components. Experience in understanding system flows, debugging issues, and improving performance is essential.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: ₹5,00,000 - ₹7,00,000 per annum (based on experience and skill level)
