As a Backend Engineer at Fulltrack AI, you’ll play a key role in designing and scaling backend systems that power our real-time sports analytics platform. You’ll collaborate closely with frontend developers, data scientists, and product teams to build performant, reliable, and secure systems that can handle millions of users.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Node.js + Express backend services.
• Architect and optimize MongoDB schemas for performance and reliability.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs to support mobile and web applications.
• Leverage AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS) to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Implement secure coding practices and monitor system health.
• Work cross-functionally with frontend and AI teams to deliver seamless integrations.
• Continuously improve server performance to handle high-volume, real-time workloads.

• 5+ years of backend development experience using Node.js and Express.
• Proven expertise with MongoDB design, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Strong experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS).
• Deep understanding of scaling high-traffic web servers.
• Solid grasp of API architecture and system design best practices.
• Experience with security, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborative mindset — you enjoy partnering with product and frontend teams.
• A love for cricket (or sports tech) is a huge plus!
