.Job Roles & Responsibilitie

sLead the design and enhancement of scalable backend systems using
Django REST Framewor
k, ensuring robust and maintainable server-side architecture
.Architect and implement
high-performance API
s for seamless integration with
Avoma’s CRM and AI-powered platform

.Drive
backend optimization and performance tunin
g to support data-intensive and AI-driven product features
.Collaborate closely with
frontend, product, and AI team
s to ensure alignment on deliverables, sprint goals, and architectural consistency
.Enforce
data security, compliance, and integrit
y across backend services, particularly for sensitive customer and enterprise data
.Continuously
refactor and optimize codebase
s for improved scalability, reliability, and response times in B2B production environments
.Establish and maintain comprehensive
technical documentation, best practices, and process guideline
s for backend development
.Conduct
peer code review
s and mentoring sessions to uphold software quality and promote engineering excellence across the team
.Oversee
deployment, CI/CD pipeline improvements, and infrastructure migration
