Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience in IT and at least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Support and Development. Roles and Responsibility Manage and supervise support staff to ensure efficient operations. Maintain records and write reports to track progress and performance. Provide cross-vendor communication in a multi-vendor environment to facilitate collaboration. Engage with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and train them on new systems and processes. Support customers across various time zones to ensure timely resolution of issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Offer on-call support and assess problems, identifying and assessing technical solutions. Troubleshoot and solve existing problems, manage enhancements using an Agile Framework, and monitor SLA while acting as an escalation point. Job Requirements Minimum 4 years of total IT experience, including at least 3 years in ServiceNow Support and Development. BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field. ITIL Foundations v3 certified, v4 preferred; ServiceNow Certifications (CSA) - mandatory plus 1 mainline certification, CIS-MSP preferred. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, SPM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB. Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments.
