Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced

B2B Technical Sales Lead

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling

custom software solutions, AI products, or SaaS offerings

to global clients. This role requires strong consultative selling skills, experience managing sales development teams (SDRs), and the ability to close high-ticket deals ranging from

$10K to $100K+

.You’ll be responsible for the

end-to-end sales cycle

, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and account growth. You should be comfortable interacting with international clients, managing inside and field sales, and aligning with technical teams to craft tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales for technical products/services including AI, SaaS, and custom software development
  • Close high-value deals and build strong long-term client relationships
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client pain points and propose relevant solutions
  • Manage and coach a team of SDRs, ensuring performance through effective systems and support
  • Plan and execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Own and manage the sales pipeline using tools like CRM, sales automation, and cold email platforms
  • Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to ensure proper solution alignment
  • Handle account management: renewals, upselling, and maintaining client satisfaction
  • Understand and communicate complex technical solutions to diverse client personas
  • Forecast sales accurately and provide reports to leadership
  • Work in flexible shifts to align with US and Europe time zones as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales
  • Experience in selling high-ticket IT services/products ($10K–$100K+)
  • Strong communication and consultative sales skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor SDRs or junior sales reps
  • Experience with international clients (preferably US and Europe)
  • Hands-on with CRM tools, email automation, and outbound sales tools
  • Understanding of tech products, especially AI and custom software development
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Nice To Have

  • Experience in early-stage/startup environments
  • Prior background in AI, ML, or SaaS domains
  • Familiarity with ICP profiling and GTM strategies
