Job Description

As a B2B Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding our B2B sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include driving pipeline growth, revenue generation, and market share increase. You will be in charge of building and supervising a high-performing sales team, establishing strong client relationships, and executing strategic expansion plans. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement robust B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives. - Identify and prioritize new market segments, industries, and key accounts. - Recruit, train, and mentor B2B sales representatives to foster a culture of high performance. - Set clear quotas, assign territories, and provide coaching to ensure goal attainment. - Drive end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closure, while overseeing accurate CRM pipeline management. - Generate reliable sales forecasts, analyze performance metrics, and proactively adjust tactics. - Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders. - Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and deal closures. - Collaborate with marketing for aligned lead generation initiatives and with product teams for feedback-driven improvements. - Work with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and retention processes. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to shape positioning and strategy. - Represent the company at conferences and networking events. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - Experience: 3-8+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or team-lead role. - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas, managing full sales cycles and pipelines. - Strong skills in leadership, team development, negotiation, communication, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). - Analytical aptitude and data-driven decision-making. In addition to the job role and responsibilities, the job type for this position is full-time and permanent. The benefits include health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule consists of day shifts and morning shifts. Fluency in English is required, and a willingness to travel up to 75% is also required. The work location is in person.,
