B2B Sales Manager Job Description - Pune (Inside Sales & Digital Marketing) The role balances two critical functions: Team Leadership : Managing 3-5 inside B2B sales executives, hiring, coaching, performance tracking Digital Marketing : LinkedIn strategy, social media, content creation, lead generation Digital Marketing & Social Media Responsibilities Develop and execute LinkedIn B2B strategy Build, develop and grow company LinkedIn company page and employee advocacy Create educational content (blog, videos, case studies) on fire safety & security products Manage Facebook & Google Ads campaigns for lead generation Run YouTube channel for product demos and testimonials Monthly email marketing campaigns to prospects and past clients Generate digital leads/month for team conversion Comprehensive Team Management Build team of 3-5 inside sales executives Hire, train, and develop sales talent Daily stand-ups and weekly performance reviews Coaching and mentorship for team skill development Individual target setting and accountability Team retention with competitive incentives Monitor KPIs : Call volume, conversion rates, revenue achievement Hybrid Sales Model Mostly Desk-based (team management, CRM, digital marketing, phone calls) Virtual client meetings (video presentations) Optional field travel (strategic client meetings, max 4-5 days/month) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location: In person
