As our Sales Manager, youll play a key role in driving SafEarths growth by identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales cycle with research, insights, and client interactions.

Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

Lead Generation & Client Engagement

Generate new leads through outreach and networking
Engage with potential clients to qualify interest and needs
Line up meetings and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects

Client Meetings & Collaboration

Lead the regional sales team in all client interactions
Close new Sales order to grow the Business in your territory.
Help Create new Sales and Marketing initiatives to grow the business.
Hand hold customers in their transition to renewable energy.

Market Research & Prospecting

Research prospective customers, industries, and opportunities
Study market trends to identify potential growth segments

What Were Looking For

Must-Haves

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
Understanding of
Strong communication skills; proficiency in
Hindi, English, and Maharathi
(additional languages a plus)
Proven ability to work well in a team
Excellent leadership skills

Preferred

Engineering or Marketing graduates
Prior sales experience with solar EPC/Developer companies (India and/or abroad)
Strong technical knowledge of solar project execution processes

Bonus If You Have:

Experience selling SaaS or tech-enabled energy services
Knowledge of energy procurement or carbon offset solutions
Familiarity with industrial client procurement processes
