Job Description

As a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager at the travel company, your role will involve building strong business relationships with travel agents, expanding the B2B network, and driving sales growth through strategic outreach and follow-ups. - Identify, approach, and build relationships with travel agents and agency partners. - Conduct regular meetings with travel agents to present company offerings and generate business. - Onboard new travel agents, ensuring smooth integration into the partner network. - Maintain and grow existing agent relationships with continuous engagement and support. - Conduct regular sales calls and follow-ups to convert leads and close deals. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management. - Coordinate with internal operations and support teams to ensure client satisfaction. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B travel sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a client pipeline effectively. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.,
