• Plan, organize, and book domestic travel itineraries (Hotels, transport, tours).
• Coordinate guest pickups and drop-offs (airport, hotel, and other locations) ensuring timely and smooth transfers.
• Manage reservations, and travel documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide travel-related assistance.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Liaise with vendors, hotels, and transport operators for best deals and arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
Proven experience in travel operations or a related role.
Experience: 2 Yrs- 6 Yrs
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
Ability to resolve travel-related issues efficiently.
Salary: Upto 30K
