B2B Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with travel agents and agency partners.
• Conduct regular meetings with travel agents to present company offerings and generate business.
• Onboard new travel agents, ensuring smooth integration into our partner network.
• Maintain and grow existing agent relationships with continuous engagement and support.
• Conduct regular sales calls and follow-ups to convert leads and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
• Coordinate with internal operations and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B travel sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a client pipeline effectively.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
