Job Description

As a B2B Sales Manager in the travel industry, you play a crucial role in expanding the business by building strong relationships with travel agents and driving sales growth through strategic outreach and follow-ups. You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and building relationships with travel agents and agency partners. Additionally, conducting regular meetings with travel agents to present company offerings and generate business will be part of your key responsibilities. Onboarding new travel agents, maintaining and growing existing agent relationships, achieving sales targets, coordinating with internal teams for client satisfaction, and monitoring market trends are also essential aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and build relationships with travel agents and agency partners. - Conduct regular meetings with travel agents to present company offerings and generate business. - Onboard new travel agents, ensuring smooth integration into our partner network. - Maintain and grow existing agent relationships with continuous engagement and support. - Conduct regular sales calls and follow-ups to convert leads and close deals. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management. - Coordinate with internal operations and support teams to ensure client satisfaction. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B travel sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a client pipeline effectively. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
