Role Overview: As a Travel Coordinator, your main role will be managing reservations for flights, hotels, and ground transportation efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics to ensure smooth travel transitions and communicating with clients to provide updates and address any concerns during their travels. Additionally, you will assist with travel documentation and ensure compliance with international regulations. In the event of any issues, you will need to resolve them promptly and collaborate with internal teams for effective problem-solving. Conducting post-travel evaluations to enhance overall service quality will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage reservations for flights, hotels, and ground transportation - Coordinate logistics for smooth travel transitions - Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns - Assist with travel documentation and ensure compliance with regulations - Resolve issues and collaborate with internal teams for effective problem-solving - Conduct post-travel evaluations to enhance service quality - Engage in B2C sales activities Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field - Proven experience in travel operations - Strong organizational and communication skills - Proficiency in travel management software - Excellent communication skills Additional Company Details: In this role, you will benefit from cell phone and internet reimbursement, paid time off, and various bonuses such as performance bonus and quarterly bonus.
