Role Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales Manager to spearhead institutional and distribution partnerships for Olivlife’s mobile accessories range. This role will focus on identifying and onboarding bulk buyers, modern trade partners, corporate clients, and resellers to drive growth and revenue across regions.



Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic B2B partnerships, including wholesalers, large retailers, OEMs, and corporate clients.

• Build a strong distribution network across target markets, focusing on metro and Tier 1/2 cities.

• Pitch product catalogues, negotiate pricing, and close large-volume deals.

• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.

• Work closely with product and marketing teams to communicate customer feedback and support product customization for bulk buyers.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to fine-tune sales strategy.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with clear reporting on pipeline, closures, and revenue forecasts.



Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.

• 4–8 years of proven B2B sales experience in mobile accessories, electronics, or FMCG sectors.

• Strong network with retailers, distributors, corporate procurement teams, and resellers.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Willingness to travel across regions to meet partners and prospects.
