Job Description

As the Head of B2B Sales at Moustaches, your primary responsibility is to lead and expand the B2B vertical by acquiring and retaining partnerships with various entities in the travel and hospitality industry. Your role will involve working with travel agents, corporates, educational institutions, travel planners, and resellers to establish a sustainable and profitable partner network across India and potentially globally. This will directly contribute to achieving revenue, occupancy, and brand visibility targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strategically planning and executing the growth of the B2B channel, including defining channel strategy and identifying scalable segments. - Developing and implementing business plans to onboard high-value travel agencies, DMCs, and corporate clients. - Managing and nurturing key partner accounts through loyalty programs and regular engagement events. - Driving B2B revenue targets and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. - Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to develop packages and customize experiences. - Building and leading a team of B2B executives/managers, including hiring, training, and mentoring. - Maintaining B2B partner databases, providing regular MIS reports to management, and ensuring compliance with data and reporting standards. The ideal candidate for this role will have: - 8-10 years of demonstrated B2B experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or OTA industry. - A strong network of contacts within the travel industry, including travel agents, DMCs, and corporates across major Indian cities. - Profound understanding of domestic travel demand, group movement patterns, and institutional travel behavior. - Exceptional skills in partner negotiations, contract closures, and rate strategy. - Experience in managing a distributed sales team and achieving business targets. - A passion for experiential travel, boutique stays, and alternative hospitality. - An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build businesses from the ground up. - Strong communication skills and professionalism in dealing with partners and industry events. - Proficiency in CRM, partner dashboards, and sales tools such as Excel, Zoho, and HubSpot.
