Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive located in Chennai. The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients for our lease services. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research to identify potential clients, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the B2B Sales Executive will collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and initiatives.

We’re looking for a B2B Sales Executive to help us grow our client base in the commercial real estate space. If you enjoy consultative selling, building strong business relationships, and closing deals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients
• Pitch our Lease Abstraction, CAM Audit, and SaaS services
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or services preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-driven with a proactive mindset
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
