Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Undergo structured training on lease abstraction processes, lease terms, and key lease concepts. Review and analyze commercial lease agreements, amendments, and related documents. Extract critical data points such as lease commencement dates, expiration dates, rental details, escalation clauses, renewal options, and other key obligations. Accurately enter abstracted information into the company’s lease management systems or templates. Ensure the quality and accuracy of data captured by following internal quality control processes. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lease Reviewer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and abstracting critical data points from commercial real estate lease agreements and related documents. This role requires strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of lease terminology, and the ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice are preferred. Required skills and qualifications: 2 - 3 years of experience in Lease Abstraction and Review Proficiency in reading and interpreting commercial lease agreements. Strong knowledge of lease terms and clauses Attention to detail Familiar with lease management softwares Good communication skills Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze lease documents, amendments, addenda, and related legal agreements. Abstract critical financial and non-financial lease data including base rent, CAM, renewal terms, area, commencement dates, and termination clauses. Ensure accuracy and completeness of abstracted data for entry into lease management systems or client databases. Identify and flag discrepancies, missing clauses, or potential risks in lease agreements.
