Job Summary:

Lease Reviewer

Required skills and qualifications:

• 2 - 3 years of experience in Lease Abstraction and Review
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting commercial lease agreements.
• Strong knowledge of lease terms and clauses
• Attention to detail
• Familiar with lease management softwares
• Good communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze lease documents, amendments, addenda, and related legal agreements.
• Abstract critical financial and non-financial lease data including base rent, CAM, renewal terms, area, commencement dates, and termination clauses.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of abstracted data for entry into lease management systems or client databases.
• Identify and flag discrepancies, missing clauses, or potential risks in lease agreements.
