Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve sales targets for Data, Voice, Broadband, and Fixed Line services across new and existing B2B accounts.
  • Drive new account acquisition and expand wallet share in existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales funnel with clearly defined stages of maturity.
  • Collect and analyze competitive intelligence to plan proactive market interventions.
  • Ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions as per client expectations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients, managing the end-to-end relationship lifecycle.
  • Build long-term client relationships focused on trust, growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to maximize business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor actions to refine sales strategies.
